It is the aim of this Workbook to clarify the meaning of consultation and thereby promote greater understanding, effectiveness and improved interpersonal relations in a wide variety of settings, principally, but not exclusively, in the place of work. Specifically, the Workbook has been developed to provide an educational resource to support the delivery of Training Packages and as a staff development and training resource.
